It provides the Broad coverage of Genomic aberrations: relevant hotspots – single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) across 17 genes, indels across 17 genes, copy number variants (CNVs) across 04 genes and gene fusions across 11 genes (DNA and RNA) to decide the targeted therapies for the patient.
The patient should carry the FFPE tissue or block of the Lung. This process is carried out by Breast Surgeon in the hospital
The test is recommended in adenocarcinoma of NSCLC
The test is performed by NGS & IHC technique
There is no risk associated with the test as biopsy will be taken by the trained surgeon in the hospital under anasthesia
The test report comes as mutation positive and also description of suitable 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line therapy to that mutation
